After a rather tough play, Panacón's Arnoldo Tano got a free kick in the 19th minute. When Celedonio Lano came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Panacón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celedonio Lano couldn't finish the play. Froilan Admon's late challenge caught a MAXIMO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Panacón's Bonifacio Menendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Martxot in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute, MAXIMO FC's Juan Osasun ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bonifacio Menendo. Bonifacio Menendo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Dobromir Andryszyn got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 3-0 in the right cross in the 33rd match minute before Bonifacio Menendo had time to react.
