After having played for 10 minutes, Cesar Tabb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Colon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesar Tabb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cesar Tabb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Panacón's Antonio Steven ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vladimiro Ticho. Bonifacio Menendo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. If Daniel Fresco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Alejo Quilo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Alejo Quilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
