The audience was convinced that Jacinto Medina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jeremias Ayala was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After 12 played minutes San Antonio de Padua F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Viviano. Rodrigo Todor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jeremias Ayala. San Antonio de Padua F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in WTF Exodo's zone, Raimundo Pedroso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillermo Tibalt came out of the goal and Raimundo Pedroso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute, Severiano Pinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the game, Honorato Chan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Guillermo Tibalt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 43 played minutes San Antonio de Padua F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marco Bixintxo. If Bernabe Indalecio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorato Chan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Guillermo Tibalt made a huge save. With a little luck, WTF Exodo's Guillermo Tibalt got control of the ball when Honorato Chan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emiliano Ekhi made a kick off. After a rather tough play, San Antonio de Padua F.C.'s Marco Bixintxo got a free kick in the 51st minute. Jeremias Ayala made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Jacinto Medina sent off a good shot on target. Guillermo Tibalt came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by San Antonio de Padua F.C.'s Emiliano Ekhi. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillermo Tibalt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guillermo Tibalt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Honorato Chan's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute Emiliano Ekhi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Tibalt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. San Antonio de Padua F.C.'s Honorato Chan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Segundo Lando in the 89 minute of the game.
