In the 12th minute Javier Ignazio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Escobar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlmirante Brown's Andres Escobar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Matai in the 17th minute of play. Melquiades Matai in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andres Escobar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 22nd minute, Joel Poncio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MILEN AFC's Ignacio Fagildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Alexe in the 26th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Bartolo Eudoxio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvaldo Theodore hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. MILEN AFC's Ignacio Fagildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Atarrabi in the 37th minute of play. Joel Poncio charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Poncio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joel Poncio hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 52nd minute, Ildefonso Atarrabi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ignacio Fagildo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Andres Escobar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Matai in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Club Atlmirante Brown's Bartolo Eudoxio got a free kick in the 59th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melquiades Matai in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andres Escobar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Osvaldo Theodore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. MILEN AFC's Aristides Uzuri was substituted for Melquiades Matai. Andres Escobar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Jorrin in the 81st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aristides Uzuri in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Escobar saved Club Atlmirante Brown from getting behind. In the 88th minute, Ildefonso Atarrabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Atlmirante Brown's Andres Escobar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Uzuri in the 89th minute of play. Ariel Gizon hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After 95 minutes Club Atlmirante Brown's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Domingo Ioritz who took care of the corner kick. The corner led MILEN AFC's Domingo Ioritz to fire away a dangerous shot which Andres Escobar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Domingo Ioritz's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Andres Escobar - 1-2 was put on the score board in the 95th minute. Chants of Club Atlmirante Brown echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as MILEN AFC had held the ball for most of the match.
