Club Atlético Temperley's supporters rose to their feet, but 秦冰悦 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luis Michael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Club S. y D. Cafferatense's Reynaldo Oton got a free kick in the 14th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pablo Rioja in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto Remicio saved Club Atlético Temperley from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Club S. y D. Cafferatense's zone, Prospero Lazcano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Michael came out of the goal and Prospero Lazcano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niceto Artizar got free with Luis Michael in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Edelmiro Chuan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Temperley's supporters rose to their feet, but Edelmiro Chuan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luis Michael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Niceto Artizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Michael having to interfere.
