The tension between the Gil and the LUJAN XXL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Gil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Maraman to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Gil defense, Fidel Cresconio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorino Olando. The Gil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorino Olando should have stopped the shot. 10 minutes into the match, Roman Malvin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Victorino Olando, 2-0. If Guido Valery had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorino Olando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Tino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaime Maia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Balendin, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Gil's Victorino Olando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Gil from getting a goal against them. Jaime Maia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulino Balendin's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Gil's Victorino Olando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Tino in the 34th minute of play. Victorino Olando made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Amado Fernado sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of LUJAN XXL booed when Gil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Francis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gil fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! After 48 minutes of play, Gil's Paulino Balendin made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaime Maia was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Leo Tino made the kick off in the second half. German Castulo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Jaime Maia made a huge save. In the 58th minute, Guido Valery ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victorino Olando was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Victorino Olando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Valery, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gil's Victorino Olando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Malvin in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Roman Malvin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victorino Olando was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. After some careless play in the Gil defense, Leo Tino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorino Olando. The Gil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorino Olando should have stopped the shot. In the 78th minute, LUJAN XXL's Oscar Lartaun seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Oscar Lartaun the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of LUJAN XXL protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Oscar Lartaun had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of LUJAN XXL:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gil:s goal. LUJAN XXL made a substitution. Cristobal Evis replaced Guido Valery. After a defensive mix-up in Gil's zone, Cristobal Evis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Olando came out of the goal and Cristobal Evis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. LUJAN XXL's Inocencio Ruisko was substituted for Fidel Cresconio. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Tino in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorino Olando saved Gil from getting behind. In the 98th minute, Albino Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
