ATLETICO PARANA's Cleto Mattin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Urki in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th minute Zacarias Urki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Mattin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Romanticos del tiki tiki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Gora to maneuver through the defense. A hard, long distance shot from Efrain Orland flew over the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Romanticos del tiki tiki's goalkeeper Omar Txaran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horacio Guillelmus. Zacarias Urki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute, Daniel Benet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind ATLETICO PARANA's goalkeeper Cleto Mattin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Omar Txaran was a little too slow when Erasmo Rubio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 71st match minute, ATLETICO PARANA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Oro to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, ATLETICO PARANA's Cleto Mattin got control of the ball when Zacarias Urki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Horacio Guillelmus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Txaran having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Guillelmus in the 79th minute of play forced Romanticos del tiki tiki's goalkeeper Omar Txaran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, ATLETICO PARANA's Cleto Mattin got control of the ball when Zacarias Urki tried to sneak it across the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ATLETICO PARANA had played much better football throughout.
