Sebastian Astudillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Octavio Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 12 played minutes Los Madera de Chacabuco got a freekick which was hit by Diego Che. 27 minutes into the game, Los Madera de Chacabuco's Saul James nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octavio Domingues made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to Guerreros del infierno getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Severiano Tino hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Guerreros del infierno's zone, Eulalio Eate stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Domingues came out of the goal and Eulalio Eate tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Octavio Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Eate, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Nereo Chorche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Eguerdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes Guerreros del infierno got a freekick which was hit by Lino Rameriz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Eate in the 42nd minute of play forced Guerreros del infierno's goalkeeper Octavio Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Guerreros del infierno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Itzaina to maneuver through the defense. After 47 minutes, Urbano Javiero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Madera de Chacabuco and the Guerreros del infierno players grew even worse after the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eulalio Eate to make the kick off. Octavio Domingues came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Madera de Chacabuco's Jaime Eguerdi. But to his dismay, Jaime Eguerdi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Eduardo Neron kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After having played for 60 minutes, Eulalio Eate managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Madera de Chacabuco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Eate was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Los Madera de Chacabuco's Diego Che shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Octavio Domingues but with some difficulty. After having played for 71 minutes, Gonzalo Bilbo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Madera de Chacabuco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Bilbo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eulalio Eate came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Octavio Domingues could save by the left post. 77 minutes into the game, Sebastian Astudillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Madera de Chacabuco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guerreros del infierno the free kick. If Sebastian Astudillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eulalio Eate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Octavio Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saul James fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Domingues having to interfere. When the match was over Los Madera de Chacabuco could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Guerreros del infierno throughout the match.
