In the 17th minute Iwan Kochniarczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Charro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clodoveo Charro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iwan Kochniarczyk's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd match minute, C.A.Sportivo Constitución was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Astor Chus to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Boca Juniors's Celso Bernabel got control of the ball when Arnulfo Lucila tried to sneak it across the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, one of C.A.Sportivo Constitución:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Clodoveo Charro went to the wrong direction when Casimiro Cristos was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. C.A.Sportivo Constitución's Clodoveo Charro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Rainerio in the 37th minute of play. Astor Chus kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After 42 minutes of play C.A.Sportivo Constitución's Astor Chus was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Astor Chus kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Iwan Kochniarczyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

With a little luck, C.A.Sportivo Constitución's Clodoveo Charro got control of the ball when Teobaldo Rainerio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, C.A.Sportivo Constitución's Salvador Vincent got a free kick in the 56th minute. Clodoveo Charro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Rainerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Arnulfo Lucila came free, but Celso Bernabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clodoveo Charro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After some careless play in the C.A.Sportivo Constitución defense, Denis Estebe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clodoveo Charro. The C.A.Sportivo Constitución fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clodoveo Charro should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Cordarrel in the 90th minute of play forced C.A.Sportivo Constitución's goalkeeper Clodoveo Charro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boca Juniors's Celso Bernabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Vincent in the 91st minute of play. Celso Bernabel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Vincent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boca Juniors's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
