Gonzalo Beremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Chucho in the 38th minute of play. After having played for 39 minutes, Casimiro Tajo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Demás's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Tajo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gavino Guillen during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Heineken FC booed when Los Demás was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Guillen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Heineken FC's Jacobo Quinton got a free kick in the 45th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Casimiro Tajo to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Heineken FC's Jacobo Quinton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albino Solustiano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adolfo Mercurio's late challenge caught a Heineken FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albino Solustiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Quinton, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Adolfo Mercurio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 95th minute, Casimiro Tajo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gonzalo Beremundo, passed just outside the right post. Los Demás played a much better game than Heineken FC and deserved their victory. The Heineken FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
