Corti AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 6th match minute, CABJ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Obeko to maneuver through the defense. Corti AFC's Armando Kimetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Frascuelo in the 8th minute of play. Ismael Terciero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Kimetz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, CABJ's goal looked a bit too open when Fernan Ferrando came free, but Jacinto Fresco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Gervasio Foro in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Corti AFC's Eliseo Horado. Jacinto Fresco was a little too slow when Fernan Ferrando got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. Apolo Inautzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fernan Ferrando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fernan Ferrando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacinto Fresco having to make a save. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Anastasio Raymond got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 32 played minutes CABJ got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Inautzi. Ezequiel Obeko got his second yellow card in the match during the 33rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, CABJ's Ezequiel Obeko got a free kick in the 34th minute. Corti AFC's Anastasio Raymond shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 34th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jacinto Fresco but with some difficulty. Fernan Ferrando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eriberto Frascuelo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Apolo Inautzi was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Apolo Inautzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. CABJ's supporters rose to their feet, but Apolo Inautzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Kimetz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd minute, Anastasio Raymond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, CABJ's Eriberto Frascuelo got a free kick in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in CABJ's zone, Fernan Ferrando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Fresco came out of the goal and Fernan Ferrando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Corti AFC's goalkeeper Armando Kimetz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anastasio Raymond received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Jacinto Fresco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Corti AFC's Armando Kimetz got control of the ball when Apolo Inautzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Corti AFC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Anier Rosio hit a great ball. The supporters of Corti AFC booed when CABJ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Foro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Corti AFC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
