Spectators: 7198 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gabriel Sanson kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the match, CUCO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Furman came free, but Claudio Cuarto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudio Cuarto came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Yerba FC's Armando Furman. But to his dismay, Armando Furman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Per-Arne Mossberg fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CUCO FC's protests and gave Per-Arne Mossberg a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CUCO FC! In the 14th match minute, Yerba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Tuste to maneuver through the defense. Generoso Valerio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santo Artizar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Sebastián Gualtieri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CUCO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yerba FC the free kick. Sebastián Gualtieri kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Sebastián Gualtieri hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Claudio Cuarto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Furman in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Domingos Milian reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Santo Artizar. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 31st minute Arsenio Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Cuarto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Montxo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Generoso Valerio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Santo Artizar made a huge save. Gabriel Sanson made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 41stth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Santo Artizar would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 42ndth minute of the game Gabriel Sanson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yerba FC's Santo Artizar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Armando Furman came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Yerba FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Furman couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrique Mergildo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Generoso Valerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Artizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingos Milian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Santo Artizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Arsenio Ibañez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrique Mergildo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Claudio Cuarto made a huge save. When Gabriel Sanson fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CUCO FC's protests and gave Gabriel Sanson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, Gabriel Sanson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CUCO FC's Amancio Hechter was substituted for Melchor Ferrando. The crowd rose to their feet as Yerba FC's Armando Furman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudio Cuarto. That made the score 1-3 after 68 minutes of play. Enrique Mergildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Yerba FC's Armando Furman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Arturo Lop charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arturo Lop the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arturo Lop kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute of the match Sebastián Gualtieri sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Santo Artizar skillfully saved the ball. After 80 played minutes Yerba FC got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Lop. Generoso Valerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Cuarto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Furman in the 86th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Mergildo got free with Claudio Cuarto in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enrique Mergildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Cuarto having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Furman in the 96th minute of play forced CUCO FC's goalkeeper Claudio Cuarto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
