Horacio Fix came out of the goal and Placido Elequemedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15thth minute of the game Conrado Chesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BARCELONA F.C's Horacio Fix was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Redonda's Conrado Chesus got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28thth minute of the game Conrado Chesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BARCELONA F.C's Horacio Fix was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Domingos Lobo charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Fix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Placido Elequemedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Redonda's Francisco Gustau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Che in the 53rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conrado Chesus in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Fix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55th minute Nicanor Iigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Fix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicanor Iigo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Horacio Fix when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Placido Elequemedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 87thth minute of the game Conrado Chesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BARCELONA F.C's Horacio Fix was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Placido Elequemedo came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Redonda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Placido Elequemedo couldn't finish the play. Redonda's Placido Elequemedo got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conrado Chesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Iigo got free with Horacio Fix in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 96 minutes, Conrado Chesus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redonda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Chesus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Redonda left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BARCELONA F.C.
