Domingos Lobo charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domingos Lobo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BARCELONA F.C! Victoriano Rufo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ovidio Oinatz went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. BARCELONA F.C's Teofilo Rojelio got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victoriano Rufo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Che in the 15th minute of the match. Victoriano Rufo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofilo Rojelio went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute, Ovidio Oinatz made a precise shot to the right of Victoriano Rufo. Macapillo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After a rather tough play, Macapillo FC's Octavio Kauldi got a free kick in the 25th minute. Leonardo Che recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonardo Che fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Rufo having to interfere. Victoriano Rufo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Che in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute Ovidio Oinatz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Rufo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidio Oinatz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute, Teofilo Rojelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laureano Santxol to make the kick off. If Bartolo Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Macapillo FC's Victoriano Rufo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Macapillo FC from getting a goal against them. Leonardo Che who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Victoriano Rufo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bartolo Abreu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Victoriano Rufo came out and tried to block the shot, but Bartolo Abreu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 68th minute. Leonardo Che who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Victoriano Rufo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Octavio Kauldi kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. When Leonardo Che came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the BARCELONA F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Che couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute, Teofilo Rojelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Horacio Fix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Llanos in the 87th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Lizbeth during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Macapillo FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BARCELONA F.C:s goal. The referee gave BARCELONA F.C a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Antton Reina, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Macapillo FC's Victoriano Rufo. 1-6.
