But to his dismay, Albano Mateo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 15 played minutes Malvinas Argentinas got a freekick which was hit by Roque Goren. In the 15th minute of the match Manuel Oliveiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paolo Loreto skillfully saved the ball. Paolo Loreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Mateo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Malvinas Argentinas's attentive Eugenio Lore managed to snatch the ball when Agustin Inge made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. Federico Herensuge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Nafarroa in the 19th minute of the match. Albano Mateo took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Loreto. Paolo Loreto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Gaspar Eleazar came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Malvinas Argentinas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Eleazar couldn't finish the play. Melchor Tebaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Mateo in the 36th minute of play forced Malvinas Argentinas's goalkeeper Paolo Loreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Arnulfo Nafarroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paolo Loreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Mateo in the 42nd minute of play. Arnulfo Nafarroa charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnulfo Nafarroa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Malvinas Argentinas's Arnulfo Nafarroa got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Paolo Loreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Mateo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Malvinas Argentinas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. BORUSSIA DORTMUND were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albano Mateo was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Albano Mateo managed to get in a good position for a shot. BORUSSIA DORTMUND's supporters rose to their feet, but Albano Mateo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Loreto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gaspar Eleazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paolo Loreto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albano Mateo in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Arnulfo Nafarroa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Lore was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. The goalkeeper, Paolo Loreto, was totally fooled by BORUSSIA DORTMUND's Manuel Oliveiro, who 63 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 68 minutes into the match, Malvinas Argentinas's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Tebaldo came free, but Paolo Loreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roque Goren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Malvinas Argentinas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Albano Mateo scored to the left of an out of position Paolo Loreto, making the score, 0-5. The throw-in from Agustin Inge in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Malvinas Argentinas's Arnulfo Nafarroa. In the 95th match minute, Malvinas Argentinas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Barea to maneuver through the defense.
