When Gervasio Colon came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Ligre F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gervasio Colon couldn't finish the play. If Gaspar Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ligre F.C's Gaspar Tanio got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Elia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Canor having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Eloy Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moron F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Eloy Sidro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Baladi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Moron F.C's Octavio Canor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Tanio in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Moron F.C's Fidel Santana got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Fidel Odol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Canor having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Ligre F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Eloy Sidro came free, but Benjamin Baladi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gaspar Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidel Odol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Octavio Canor made a huge save. Julio Elia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fidel Odol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Octavio Canor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ligre F.C booed when Moron F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Miliano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eloy Sidro made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Desiderio Egoi got free with Benjamin Baladi in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Eloy Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moron F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Eloy Sidro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Baladi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Moron F.C's Fidel Santana got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 74th minute Gaspar Tanio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Canor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaspar Tanio succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Ligre F.C's Silvano Abel was substituted for Saverio Ur. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ligre F.C's goalkeeper Benjamin Baladi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benjamin Baladi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Desiderio Egoi in the 95th minute. A collision led to Moron F.C getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Fidel Santana hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Ligre F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
