Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Barrancas's Ezequiel Lawrence started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Barrancas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caldera FC the free kick. The supporters of Caldera FC booed when Barrancas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Silvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute of the match Ernesto Roldan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nemesio Raymon skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Barrancas's zone, Gaston Lehoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Jon came out of the goal and Gaston Lehoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Barrancas defense, Gaston Lehoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvestre Jon. The Barrancas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvestre Jon should have stopped the shot. Lorenzo Montay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Jon having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Ezequiel Lawrence got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Lorenzo Montay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caldera FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenzo Montay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvestre Jon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lorenzo Montay to strike the kick off in the second half. Barrancas's Ezequiel Lawrence got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Nemesio Raymon managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Barrancas's Ezequiel Lawrence fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nemesio Raymon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ezequiel Lawrence went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Montay in the 95th minute of play forced Barrancas's goalkeeper Silvestre Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barrancas's Silvestre Jon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Montay in the 96th minute of play. The Barrancas players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
