Helger Hommuk ran back to his position shaking his head. Banfield's Felix Licerio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jesus Chepe, made in the 88th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helger Hommuk in the 94th minute of play forced Banfield's goalkeeper Fulgencio Urritz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Banfield were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Sarrenia Buena to leave the ground with a draw.
