ESTUDIANTES L.P.'s Angelino Astudillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Rius in the 9th minute of play. After 11 played minutes Sativa Dc got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Berbiz. Lisandro Poncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Frasquito having to interfere. Florentino Abeita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anacleto Frasquito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Poncio, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lisandro Poncio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Rius in the 51st minute of play forced ESTUDIANTES L.P.'s goalkeeper Angelino Astudillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After 53 played minutes Sativa Dc got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Mannie. 57 minutes into the match, Sativa Dc's goalkeeper Anacleto Frasquito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Monte. Thanks to some nice moves Domingos Ado could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Anacleto Frasquito however easily saved by the left post. Anacleto Frasquito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Monte in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Sativa Dc's goalkeeper Anacleto Frasquito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingos Ado. A collision led to Sativa Dc getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Felipe Gelacio hit a great ball. Domingos Ado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anacleto Frasquito having to make a save. Anacleto Frasquito was a little too slow when Lisandro Poncio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 75th minute, Reynaldo Rius made a precise shot to the right of Angelino Astudillo. ESTUDIANTES L.P.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. ESTUDIANTES L.P. made a substitution. Domingo Emenon replaced Ernesto Rius. Angelino Astudillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Gelacio in the 82nd minute of the match. Domingos Ado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Anacleto Frasquito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Sativa Dc's Anacleto Frasquito got control of the ball when Lisandro Poncio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Sativa Dc's Arnulfo Berbiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelino Astudillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 94th minute Justino Sagrario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
