In the 58th minute of the match Albino Mateus sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ain Nisu skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Reformista Social Club booed when Piamonte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dirk Matthias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erubiel Martxelin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Ain Nisu made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Evaristo Elodio took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Ain Nisu to make any attempt to save it. If Marcelo Raymundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Arias hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 82nd match minute, Piamonte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Bembe to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute, Albino Mateus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erubiel Martxelin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ain Nisu firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ain Nisu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Elodio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urbano Policarpio in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paolo Mikeldi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Piamonte FC's Ain Nisu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Guillen in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Piamonte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Policarpio to maneuver through the defense. Despite being the better team, Piamonte FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
