But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolga Geylan couldn't finish the play. After 60 played minutes Roversi AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Gombal. Ruperto Rivero charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruperto Rivero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st match minute, Desaguaredo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Rivero to maneuver through the defense. When Reynaldo Udalaitz fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Desaguaredo's protests and gave Reynaldo Udalaitz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, one of Desaguaredo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Desaguaredo. The goalkeeper, Leandro Nafarroa, was totally fooled by Roversi AFC's Anacleto Lop, who 68 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ramiro Hodei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
