The referee ignored SPARTA FC's protests and gave Ezequiel Mingo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SPARTA FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ezequiel Mingo hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Teo Jakue made a precise shot to the right of Ramiro Manuelo. Higuera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 26 minutes into the match, SPARTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Dodorol came free, but Romulo Blasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramiro Manuelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Jakue, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Donato Nardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romulo Blasco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. After 65 minutes, Florencio Maureo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SPARTA FC and the Higuera players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, SPARTA FC's Florencio Maureo got a free kick in the 66th minute. Romulo Blasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Dodorol in the 68th minute of the match.
