Genaro Jaen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Baumer, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. When Marcelo Eutor fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tigre de Victoria's protests and gave Marcelo Eutor a yellow card for diving instead. Baldomiro Micael's late challenge caught a La Plata FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomiro Micael helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tigre de Victoria's Baldomiro Micael got a free kick in the 91st minute.
