Spectators: 6656 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1646, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marco Furman took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gonzalo Guzman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Furman's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Sportivo Desamparados's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Furman came free, but Gonzalo Guzman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Seguí FC fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Seguí FC's Marco Furman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Marco Furman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seguí FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Furman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonzalo Guzman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gonzalo Guzman was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Marco Furman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marco Furman really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Haroldo Farias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Magalhães having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Marco Furman notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Sportivo Desamparados's Gonzalo Guzman. Gonzalo Guzman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lúcio Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Monico in the 30th minute of the match. After 34 minutes of play, Sportivo Desamparados's Leonides Monico made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lúcio Magalhães was left in no man's land by his defense there! Seguí FC's Lúcio Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Monico in the 41st minute of play.

In the 53rd minute of the match Sportivo Desamparados got a corner. Seguí FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Venancio Carlomagno ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Venancio Carlomagno almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Seguí FC's Lúcio Magalhães did a great save. Gonzalo Guzman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Furman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lúcio Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Farias, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 68th minute, Marco Furman made a precise shot to the right of Gonzalo Guzman. Sportivo Desamparados's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Marco Furman scored 7-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gonzalo Guzman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marco Furman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonzalo Guzman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Amaya in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Seguí FC's Luciano Amaya sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gonzalo Guzman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gonzalo Guzman came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Seguí FC's Luciano Amaya. But to his dismay, Luciano Amaya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. In the 90thth minute of the game Marco Furman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Desamparados's Gonzalo Guzman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Seguí FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Luciano Amaya hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Sportivo Desamparados's Joel Dalmau seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Joel Dalmau the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sportivo Desamparados protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Joel Dalmau had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Alvaro Fidele shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Seguí FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
