Spectators: 7149 (Terracing: 5363, Seating: 1644, VIP seats: 142) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicanor Emenon kicked off to start the match. After 10 played minutes Viejo Smoking got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Maurin. In the 13th minute, Zeledon Maurin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clemente Artal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Julio Calvet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Clemente Artal fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Julio Calvet, passed just outside the right post. After 20 minutes of play, Viejo Smoking's Nicanor Emenon made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raul Pudes was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Benat in the 25th minute of play forced AAZ Empedrado FC's goalkeeper Raul Pudes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cayetano Lehoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Julio Calvet made a huge save. When Marciano Hegoi fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viejo Smoking's protests and gave Marciano Hegoi a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, AAZ Empedrado FC's Filiberto Bingen got a free kick in the 31st minute. Viejo Smoking's Teobaldo Venceslas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AAZ Empedrado FC. Viejo Smoking's Laureano Iigo got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Nicanor Emenon notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AAZ Empedrado FC's Raul Pudes. Raul Pudes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Viejo Smoking's Lázaro Sesuldo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After the first half Viejo Smoking were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clemente Artal to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Zeledon Maurin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Viejo Smoking's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeledon Maurin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Pudes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 54 played minutes Nicanor Emenon rounded AAZ Empedrado FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. 58 minutes into the match, Viejo Smoking's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Lehoi came free, but Julio Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 73 minutes, Laureano Iigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viejo Smoking's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Iigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. AAZ Empedrado FC's Raul Pudes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Emenon in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Gaspar Senin made a precise shot to the right of Raul Pudes. AAZ Empedrado FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. If Nicanor Emenon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raul Pudes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicanor Emenon in the 83rd minute. Gaspar Senin might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raul Pudes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaspar Senin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th minute, Viejo Smoking's Nicanor Emenon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. In the 91st minute of the match Filiberto Bingen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Calvet skillfully saved the ball. Nicanor Emenon in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Raul Pudes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Viejo Smoking's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
