The referee ignored Los Romperredes's protests and gave Marcial Quexal a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, Los Romperredes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Quexal to maneuver through the defense. Fabricio Furman charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolando Ireno got free with Timoteo Ovando in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erubiel Kepa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Bieito having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Erubiel Kepa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Urbano Bieito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Urbano Bieito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erubiel Kepa's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 94thth minute of the game Erubiel Kepa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mechita AFC's Urbano Bieito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
