Gaspar Napier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Rutenio, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Mazuste had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaspar Napier. Akatsuki FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jeronimo Mazuste might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaspar Napier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeronimo Mazuste ran back to his position shaking his head. If Jeronimo Mazuste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
