Nestor Naike charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nestor Naike the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lord-Lucas's Nestor Naike got his second yellow card of the match in the 11th minute. The referee ordered Nestor Naike off the ground. The supporters of Unión AFC booed when Lord-Lucas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Naike didn't get a good kick on the ball. Virgilio Otsoa kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Lord-Lucas were furious when Ruperto Vimaro was red carded, 17 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 18th match minute, Lord-Lucas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Vimaro to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Fabian Garikoitz in the 19th minute really tested Ricardo Tallia's skills. Justino Frichoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Ricardo Tallia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvio Frasquito in the 22nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Unión AFC defense, Nils Käller kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Justino Frichoso. The Unión AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justino Frichoso should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute, Nils Käller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Justino Frichoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Nils Käller scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Justino Frichoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 41 minutes, Elvio Frasquito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unión AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elvio Frasquito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Lord-Lucas's Nils Käller in 44 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Justino Frichoso guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 46 minutes into the match, Nils Käller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Justino Frichoso. Unión AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nils Käller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The Unión AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lord-Lucas were winning 0-4.

Dario Txaran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Tallia having to make a save. Ricardo Tallia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvio Frasquito in the 56th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Elvio Frasquito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Tallia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. After 65 minutes of play, Unión AFC's Elvio Frasquito made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Tallia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ricardo Tallia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Garikoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th match minute, Unión AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Frasquito to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Lord-Lucas's Nils Käller ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Justino Frichoso. Justino Frichoso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-5. After a defensive mix-up in Lord-Lucas's zone, Elvio Frasquito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Tallia came out of the goal and Elvio Frasquito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute Elvio Frasquito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Tallia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils Käller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Nils Käller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lord-Lucas's supporters rose to their feet, but Nils Käller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justino Frichoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lord-Lucas's Ricardo Tallia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Frasquito in the 95th minute of play. Lord-Lucas's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
