Club Atletico Moky's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael Fero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Barrialito FC's Rafael Fero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guillermo Ferrer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ernesto Atauri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Guillermo Ferrer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Atauri in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guillermo Ferrer saved Club Atletico Moky from getting behind. Guillermo Ferrer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Indartsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Moky's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Atauri came free, but Guillermo Ferrer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, one of Club Atletico Moky:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atletico Moky. Desiderio Raulo shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The audience was convinced that Ernesto Atauri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guillermo Ferrer was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. After the first half Barrialito FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to Club Atletico Moky getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Antonio Estavan hit a great ball.
