Froilan Heriberto took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiburcio Lohitzun. Tiburcio Lohitzun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. InterPole Team's Remus Pana got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, InterPole Team's Guaberto Raymond sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Lohitzun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tiburcio Lohitzun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remus Pana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of InterPole Team booed when Dep. Chacapiscas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Sasoin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Dep. Chacapiscas's Amancio Cresencio got a free kick in the 30th minute. After having played for 36 minutes, Froilan Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. InterPole Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Heriberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tiburcio Lohitzun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Froilan Heriberto's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. 42 minutes into the match, InterPole Team's 柯岚辉 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Lohitzun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Dep. Chacapiscas's zone, Remus Pana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Lohitzun came out of the goal and Remus Pana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. InterPole Team's Froilan Heriberto got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Remus Pana made the kick off in the second half. Guaberto Raymond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Lohitzun having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Berto in the 62nd minute of play forced InterPole Team's goalkeeper Everardo Rozarius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guaberto Raymond could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Tiburcio Lohitzun made a huge save. 68 minutes into the match, Dep. Chacapiscas's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Heriberto came free, but Tiburcio Lohitzun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Remus Pana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
