Julio Iaki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 周景天 in the 7th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Benjamin Frasquito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caballa AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave William the free kick. After 8 played minutes Caballa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Frasquito. Caballa AFC's Ermegildo Rey pulled a muscle in his back after 11 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Higinio Libertad fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored William's protests and gave Higinio Libertad a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Caballa AFC booed when William was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Libertad didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Perez in the 13th minute of play forced William's goalkeeper Julio Iaki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Agustin Diaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. William's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustin Diaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Muno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. William's Aurelio Perpinya shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 19th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Anselmo Muno but with some difficulty. Aurelio Perpinya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeronimo Pagomari kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Aurelio Perpinya got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Aldo Cebo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Aurelio Perpinya hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Anselmo Muno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Silban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 48 minutes, Ermegildo Eleazar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the William and the Caballa AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, William's Ermegildo Eleazar got a free kick in the 48th minute. 49 minutes into the match, William's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Perez came free, but Julio Iaki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 周景天 was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Filiberto Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Iaki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. William's Aurelio Perpinya got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anselmo Muno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Silban in the 59th minute of the match. If Aurelio Perpinya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Julio Iaki managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Caballa AFC's 周景天 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 69th minute, Epifanio Lorencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Adrian Silban managed to get in a good position for a shot. William's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Silban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Muno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agustin Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Muno having to interfere. In the 78th match minute, Caballa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gösta Möllgren to maneuver through the defense. If Adrian Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anselmo Muno came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by William's Adrian Silban. But to his dismay, Adrian Silban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 84 played minutes William got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Roland. Julio Iaki acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Filiberto Perez. After a rather tough play, Caballa AFC's Filiberto Perez got a free kick in the 87th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as 周景天 kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Iaki. That made the score 2-2 in the 89 minute of play. Cristobal Frechoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
