Maximo Honesto's late challenge caught a Monigotes FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximo Honesto helped the player get up and apologised. Maximo Honesto kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Monigotes FC's Genaro Hats got a free kick in the 31st minute. Gaston Asteri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Crispo in the 40th minute of the match. Julian Abeijon hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for German Vela to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers German Vela in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaston Asteri saved EL LOBO FC from getting behind.
