Modesto Pirmin took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Ulizes. Ricardo Ulizes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 10th minute, Roberto Jakobe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canquel AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Canquel AFC's Primitivo Karlo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Frederik in the 14th minute of play. When Elvio Flores came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Excellent Era fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elvio Flores couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Jakobe in the 21st minute of play forced Excellent Era's goalkeeper Ricardo Ulizes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Modesto Pirmin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Primitivo Karlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Eutropio, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Roberto Jakobe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Ulizes. Excellent Era's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roberto Jakobe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The Excellent Era fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 47th minute, Canquel AFC's Modesto Pirmin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ricardo Ulizes. Ricardo Ulizes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Elvio Flores made the kick off in the second half. Enzo Gilabert kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Excellent Era getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Teofilo Gamus hit a great ball. A hard shot 60 in the game by Elvio Flores from a close distance when the talented Primitivo Karlo managed to make a qualified save. Canquel AFC's players were relieved. After 61 minutes, Evelio Macario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Canquel AFC and the Excellent Era players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st minute, Evelio Macario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elvio Floress short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Primitivo Karlo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Niceto Eutropio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amadeo Mano's late challenge caught a Excellent Era's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeo Mano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Excellent Era booed when Canquel AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Mano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Niceto Eutropio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Excellent Era's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niceto Eutropio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roberto Jakobe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Ricardo Ulizes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Modesto Pirmin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canquel AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Canquel AFC had played much better football throughout.
