If Gabi Datoru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Aragonés AFC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ubaldo Chabier hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Ubaldo Chabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evelio Leoncio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jeremias Loi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 minutes, Atilano Eutor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aragonés AFC and the U.A.R. Los Pumas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Aragonés AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Eutor to maneuver through the defense. Gabi Datoru scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fidel Salvatore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gabi Datoru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the U.A.R. Los Pumas defense, Gabi Datoru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fidel Salvatore. The U.A.R. Los Pumas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fidel Salvatore should have stopped the shot. Atilano Eutor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Fidel Salvatore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabi Datoru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the U.A.R. Los Pumas defense, Ubaldo Chabier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fidel Salvatore. The U.A.R. Los Pumas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fidel Salvatore should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind U.A.R. Los Pumas's goalkeeper Fidel Salvatore, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Aragonés AFC's Abelardo Lixandro got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabi Datoru to make the kick off. If Atilano Eutor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aragonés AFC's Gabi Datoru got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evelio Leoncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tadeo Orti came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the U.A.R. Los Pumas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeo Orti couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute, Gabi Datoru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeremias Loi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Orti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gabi Datoru fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aragonés AFC's protests and gave Gabi Datoru a yellow card for diving instead. Gabi Datoru hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 90 played minutes U.A.R. Los Pumas got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Noe. When Aragonés AFC's Gabi Datoru in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye U.A.R. Los Pumas's goalie prevented a goal. The Aragonés AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Aragonés AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
