Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bonifacio Ermano kicked off to start the match. Jairo Artaldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eulalio Iztal having to make a save. Jairo Artaldo scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eulalio Iztal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Teodosio Dubardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Beltza, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Julian Tavio hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Jairo Artaldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eulalio Iztal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jairo Artaldo ran back to his position shaking his head. Eulalio Iztal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Artaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaspar Aznaro kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Jairo Artaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Diablos's Teodosio Dubardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Ermano in the 31st minute of play. Jairo Artaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Eulalio Iztal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 minutes, Anacleto Hulberto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Diablos and the Protestante AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Diablos's Anacleto Hulberto got a free kick in the 41st minute.

Bonifacio Ermano took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodosio Dubardo. Teodosio Dubardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Teodosio Dubardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Aznaro in the 60th minute of the match. Arsenio Beltza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Dubardo having to interfere. Teodosio Dubardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Ermano, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Cirilo Abadie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Diablos booed when Protestante AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Osoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenio Beltza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Dubardo having to interfere. Teodosio Dubardo came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Protestante AFC's Gaspar Aznaro. But to his dismay, Gaspar Aznaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 86th minute, Bonifacio Ermano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jairo Artaldo charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jairo Artaldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
