Basilio Rojelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Vítor Furtado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Breogan in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute of the match Timoteo Matia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eugenio Dimas skillfully saved the ball. Emilio Breogan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but José Vítor Furtado made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Basilio Rojelio put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Eugenio Dimas. Mariano Pacorro hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Basilio Rojelio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Celta de Vigo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Basilio Rojelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Ralondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Dimas having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Ambrosio Kinsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pucho Loco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ambrosio Kinsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Vítor Furtado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emilio Breogan had several of the Celta de Vigo's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 47 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed José Vítor Furtado as he didn't even see the shot coming. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amador Mercurio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 56 minutes, Amador Mercurio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celta de Vigo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amador Mercurio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute, Ambrosio Kinsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Basilio Rojelio notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Pucho Loco FC's Eugenio Dimas. Eugenio Dimas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Ambrosio Kinsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Vítor Furtado was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. In the 68th minute, Augusto Pere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Dimas came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Celta de Vigo's Basilio Rojelio. But to his dismay, Basilio Rojelio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrosio Kinsen in the 73rd minute of play forced Celta de Vigo's goalkeeper José Vítor Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amador Mercurio in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenio Dimas saved Pucho Loco FC from getting behind. Amador Mercurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Dimas having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pucho Loco FC's Emilio Breogan got a free kick in the 83rd minute. When Ambrosio Kinsen came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Pucho Loco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ambrosio Kinsen couldn't finish the play. In the 91st match minute, Pucho Loco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Pere to maneuver through the defense. José Vítor Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Kinsen in the 95th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pucho Loco FC's Augusto Pere got a free kick in the 96th minute.
