Jonas Bertol came out of the goal and Lucio Burutzagi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Bertol was a little too slow when Lucio Burutzagi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. Lucio Burutzagi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Bertol having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cafayete's zone, Armando Naike stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Asteri came out of the goal and Armando Naike tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th match minute, Astica FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guido Gar to maneuver through the defense. Lucio Burutzagi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cafayete's Apolo Asteri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Naike in the 33rd minute of play. Plouton Kouklakis charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Plouton Kouklakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes Astica FC got a freekick which was hit by Plouton Kouklakis. Jonas Bertol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Burutzagi in the 43rd minute of the match. After 45 played minutes Astica FC got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Abascal. Mané Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Apolo Asteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Naike in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guido Gar was the one to do the kick off. Astica FC's Jonas Bertol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Burutzagi in the 53rd minute of play. Jonas Bertol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Bikendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 65th minute, Guido Gar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonas Bertol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siro Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Severino Bikendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Bertol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Astica FC defense, Severino Bikendi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonas Bertol. The Astica FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonas Bertol should have stopped the shot. Omar Betadur hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Armando Naike charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Naike the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Armando Naike hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 93 minutes, Lucio Burutzagi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cafayete and the Astica FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cafayete getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Lucio Burutzagi hit a great ball. Cafayete's Apolo Asteri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Cafayete from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adriana Txilar got free with Apolo Asteri in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cafayete's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
