In the 54th minute Cesar Rey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Baldovino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raimundo Kaiet got in the 56th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Emilio Sabin. This was a shot which ended in a score of 2-3. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Uriel Gonzalez sped through CLUB BOCA JUNIORS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Emilio Sabin. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind 10 de Diciembre's goalkeeper Aureliano Baldovino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Uriel Gonzalez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Emilio Sabin made a huge save. 69 minutes into the match, 10 de Diciembre's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Botello came free, but Aureliano Baldovino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th match minute, CLUB BOCA JUNIORS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Dunixi to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Uriel Gonzalez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emilio Sabin. That made the score 2-6 in the 90 minute of play. When the match was over 10 de Diciembre could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CLUB BOCA JUNIORS throughout the match.
