Murphy AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantino Servando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Augusto Eguzki came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Murphy AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Eguzki couldn't finish the play. Cobo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Gustaw Kornasiewicz scored to the left of an out of position Jacinto Loi, making the score, 1-2. The supporters of Murphy AFC booed when Cobo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Serapio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lázaro Kismi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Lázaro Kismi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Lauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Murphy AFC's Gustaw Kornasiewicz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacinto Loi. That made the score 2-2 after 48 minutes of play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Constantino Servando made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Murphy AFC's Augusto Eguzki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacinto Loi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 59 minutes, Miguel Seguinus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cobo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Seguinus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Seguinus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Lauro having to interfere. Zacarias Lauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Servando in the 68th minute of play. Jacinto Loi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaw Kornasiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonathan Tallia during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Acosta in the 81st minute of play forced Cobo's goalkeeper Jacinto Loi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Cobo getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gustavo Serapio hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Justo Acosta sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Cobo's Jacinto Loi didn't even have to move.
