LEALES F.C.'s Alonzo Herensuge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Dorio in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Roberto Cayo made a precise shot to the right of Alonzo Herensuge. LEALES F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 9thth minute of the game Roberto Cayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LEALES F.C.'s Alonzo Herensuge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Reynaldo Gines managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEALES F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Reynaldo Gines was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Santio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alonzo Herensuge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Cayo in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, LEALES F.C.'s Pedro Gitano got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Alonzo Herensuge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Dorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 minutes, Fausto Tauro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atletico Batán and the LEALES F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 25 played minutes Club Atletico Batán got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Tauro. Marcelino Dorio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Herensuge having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, LEALES F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Gines to maneuver through the defense. LEALES F.C.'s Alonzo Herensuge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Cayo in the 35th minute of play. Lucio Senio kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Gitano made a kick off. LEALES F.C.'s Alonzo Herensuge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save LEALES F.C. from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Batán's Faustino Guillerme got a free kick in the 55th minute. Americo Favila kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Club Atletico Batán got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Gorri. Pedro Gitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Augusto Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roberto Cayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Augusto Santio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Gitano went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. If Roberto Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Ignacio Txindoki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Club Atletico Batán players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
