In the 57thth minute of the game Elvio Urdin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cholila's Augusto Palos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Molino FC's Melchor Fonda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Manilan in the 63rd minute of play. Victor Maiorga was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 77 minutes into the match. A collision led to Molino FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Victor Maiorga hit a great ball. Jeremias Honesto struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Melchor Fonda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cholila. Silvestre Demesio's late challenge caught a Cholila's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvestre Demesio helped the player get up and apologised. Silvestre Demesio kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cholila players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Molino FC.
