Collen Workman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Aragones was the one to do the kick off. In the 73rd minute, Igor Aragones got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ichwan De Weerd struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Remigio Cucao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nueva Chicago. Ramon Fonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Chodzinski in the 83rd minute of play. Ramon Fonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Aragones in the 85th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Jaguares Sporting Club's goalkeeper Remigio Cucao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ichwan De Weerd. Igor Aragones's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Fonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play.
