In the 18th minute Sylwester Pstrongowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Vargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Los Millo F. C.'s goalkeeper Generoso Noe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anacleto Lartaun. A collision led to Los Millo F. C. getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ruperto Rivero hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Basilio Barbosa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Generoso Noe, 2-0. If Jairo Theodore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Danilo Sansone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Los Millo F. C.'s Rodolfo Vargas threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jairo Theodore, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 77 played minutes gallego FC got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Niguel. The supporters of Los Millo F. C. booed when gallego FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Sansone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Vargas made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Sylwester Pstrongowski sent off a good shot on target. Los Millo F. C.'s Sylwester Pstrongowski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rodolfo Vargas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
