Arnoldo Florian came out of the goal and Celestino Jatsu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnoldo Florian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Merexildo in the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of El mirasol booed when Tesei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Caradaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nunez Caradaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Maximino Cugat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Miro in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. Guido Victoro kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herminio Abel to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Miro got free with Maximino Cugat in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to El mirasol getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Herminio Abel hit a great ball. After having played for 58 minutes, Jaime Miro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tesei's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Miro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Javier Ibañez charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
