Ezequiel Eneas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfonso Mosen in the 12th minute. After a rather tough play, Rucanelo's Victoriano Claris got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 26th match minute, Malligasta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Aragones to maneuver through the defense. Clodoveo Maiorga hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. If Bernardo Gomesano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Santos Tonete came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Malligasta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santos Tonete couldn't finish the play. Bernardo Gomesano hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute Clodoveo Maiorga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Eneas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guaberto Fero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Clodoveo Maiorga made the kick off in the second half. Clodoveo Maiorga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Eneas having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Malligasta's Filiberto Haitz threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bernardo Gomesano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rucanelo's Filiberto Haitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Rucanelo from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Rucanelo's zone, Bernardo Gomesano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filiberto Haitz came out of the goal and Bernardo Gomesano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 66th minute of the match Santos Tonete sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Filiberto Haitz skillfully saved the ball. In the 68th minute, Clodoveo Maiorga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel Eneas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Bernardo Gomesano was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 73rd minute. Malligasta's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Bernardo Gomesano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Haitz having to interfere. Filiberto Haitz made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Guaberto Fero sent off a good shot on target. Bernardo Gomesano struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Filiberto Haitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malligasta. 81 minutes into the game, Malligasta's Guaberto Fero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filiberto Haitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Santos Tonete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rucanelo's Filiberto Haitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Fero in the 89th minute of play. Clodoveo Maiorga kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Malligasta left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rucanelo.
