Denis Francis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Aznar having to interfere. After having played for 4 minutes, Higinio Mederi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Independiente Rivadavia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Higinio Mederi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denis Francis in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adolfo Aznar saved FC Congodia from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Edgardo Efren took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Andres Errando to make any attempt to save it. Andres Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Aureo in the 12th minute of play. If Higinio Mederi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, Independiente Rivadavia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Sal to maneuver through the defense. Denis Francis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Andres Errando successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Denis Francis scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adolfo Aznar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Andres Errando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Efren in the 35th minute of the match. A hard shot 42 in the game by Isidro Estebano from a close distance when the talented Andres Errando managed to make a qualified save. Independiente Rivadavia's players were relieved.

53 minutes into the match, Independiente Rivadavia's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Estebano came free, but Andres Errando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higinio Mederi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Adolfo Aznar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denis Francis in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adolfo Aznar saved FC Congodia from getting behind. Andres Errando came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Congodia's Edgardo Efren. But to his dismay, Edgardo Efren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Andres Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Aureo in the 68th minute of play. Independiente Rivadavia were furious when Jairo Mel was red carded, 75 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Jairo Mel kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Andres Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Efren in the 77th minute of play. Independiente Rivadavia's Andres Errando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Efren in the 80th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Edgardo Efren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andres Errando was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Higinio Mederi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Adolfo Aznar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidro Estebano in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Errando saved Independiente Rivadavia from getting behind. Many of Independiente Rivadavia's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Independiente Rivadavia may have spent more time on the ball, but FC Congodia were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
