Mauro Lamberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rogelio Ignazio during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Depayse getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Rogelio Ignazio hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Casalins FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Bibiano came free, but Mauro Lamberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Depayse's Guaberto Lopes to fire away a dangerous shot which Mauro Lamberto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Mauro Lamberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Bibiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Mauro Lamberto made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Gavino Bibiano sent off a good shot on target. If Gavino Bibiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Agustin Richie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Casalins FC's goalkeeper Mauro Lamberto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gavino Bibiano.
