Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Depayse's Gavino Bibiano started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Patricio Marino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Eufemio in the 4th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Albano Arano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Patricio Marino quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gerardo Estebano charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerardo Estebano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gerardo Estebano hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Apolo Eufemio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patricio Marino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of Potrerillo FC booed when Depayse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Rivas didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Potrerillo FC's Gregorio Hernando got control of the ball when Gavino Bibiano tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Gerardo Estebano took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gregorio Hernando to make any attempt to save it. Gregorio Hernando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Etxepare in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Arano in the 20th minute of play forced Depayse's goalkeeper Patricio Marino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Potrerillo FC's Gregorio Hernando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Potrerillo FC from getting a goal against them. After 28 played minutes Depayse got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Estebano. Nicanor Boniel struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Gregorio Hernando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Depayse. Lisandro Abella's late challenge caught a Depayse's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lisandro Abella helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Potrerillo FC's Lisandro Abella got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the match, Depayse's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Arano came free, but Patricio Marino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patricio Marino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Eufemio in the 41st minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Depayse's Gerardo Estebano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Depayse getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Saul Liher hit a great ball. Albano Arano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Marino having to interfere. Gregorio Hernando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Bibiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albano Arano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Patricio Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 minutes, Edgard Grabiel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Potrerillo FC and the Depayse players grew even worse after the yellow card. 71 minutes into the match, Bernabe Gomez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gregorio Hernando. Potrerillo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernabe Gomez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 75 minutes into the match, Potrerillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Bibiano came free, but Gregorio Hernando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernabe Gomez took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregorio Hernando. Gregorio Hernando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Gregorio Hernando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Estebano in the 79th minute of the match. Gregorio Hernando came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Depayse's Gavino Bibiano. But to his dismay, Gavino Bibiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Gavino Bibiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nicanor Luix fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Potrerillo FC's protests and gave Nicanor Luix a yellow card for diving instead. After 87 played minutes Potrerillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Luix. In the 92nd minute, Bernabe Gomez made a precise shot to the right of Gregorio Hernando. Potrerillo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0.
