Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Segundo Taurino started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Victoriano Montel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Gaueko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celedonio Gaueko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Taurino in the 6th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Victorino Lorien reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julian Hug. The goal made the score 1-0. Victorino Lorien's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julian Hug read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes, Benedicto Senon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Obligado FC and the Manuel players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Obligado FC's Benedicto Senon got a free kick in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Montel in the 22nd minute of play forced Manuel's goalkeeper Celedonio Gaueko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes, Teobaldo Gelmiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manuel and the Obligado FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 25 played minutes Manuel got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Gelmiro. If Teobaldo Gelmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Jaime Hibai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedicto Senon got his second yellow card in the match during the 30th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 31st match minute, Obligado FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedicto Senon to maneuver through the defense. Julian Hug was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fidel Furtado. Obligado FC's Julian Hug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Lorien in the 33rd minute of play. If Victorino Lorien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Manuel's Victorino Lorien ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julian Hug. Julian Hug yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Prudencio Cordearo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Julian Hug tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Victorino Lorien ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julian Hug was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victorino Lorien to make the kick off. Prudencio Cordearo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victorino Lorien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Julian Hug tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Victorino Lorien got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julian Hug showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Lorien, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute Manuel were awarded a corner. Fidel Furtado went to the cornerflag to take it. 72 minutes into the match, Obligado FC's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Cordearo came free, but Julian Hug reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Prudencio Cordearo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorino Lorien scored 4-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julian Hug, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julian Hug took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Cordearo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Hug made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Lorien in the 81st minute of play. Obligado FC's Segundo Taurino shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 83rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Celedonio Gaueko but with some difficulty. If Prudencio Cordearo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Hug showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Lorien, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. Manuel's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
