Vinchina's Angelo Fidele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Thomas in the 6th minute of play. Cleto Thomas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angelo Fidele having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Videl in the 10th minute of play forced Vinchina's goalkeeper Angelo Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Talleres were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Vinchina's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Donato Truylos took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Donato Truylos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Angelo Fidele quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Talleres booed when Vinchina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Harri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorio Orkatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Fidele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Videl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Braulio Videl put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Angelo Fidele. 29 minutes into the match, Vinchina's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Videl came free, but Angelo Fidele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Braulio Videl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Fidele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Fidele didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cleto Thomas went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Braulio Videl struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Angelo Fidele didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Talleres. Angelo Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Thomas in the 42nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cleto Thomas in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Fidele prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The wind increased when Honorio Orkatz made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Talleres's zone, Honorio Orkatz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogelio Gomez came out of the goal and Honorio Orkatz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Frances in the 62nd minute of play forced Talleres's goalkeeper Rogelio Gomez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Romano's late challenge caught a Talleres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Romano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th minute, Christian Romano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Talleres's Rogelio Gomez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Vergaray in the 69th minute of play. Angelo Fidele made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cleto Thomas in the 88th minute. Braulio Videl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Vinchina fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Talleres were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
